Corporate Shared Services needed to increase visibility and participation in their procurement initiatives.
As the Marketing Manager, I conducted research, developed campaign briefs and implemented marketing communications plans, established budgets, built agile cross-functional teams, created backlogs, collaborated with teams to prioritize backlogs, defined user stories, planned sprints, communicated regularly with the teams, presented demos, applied UI/UX design, created, created managed and published content, set up and reported metrics, managed supplier relations, and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget.
Results: Reached financial targets for procurement contracts with increased employee participation, earned greater buy-in from executives and business units, provided metrics to assist with making better-informed decisions, facilitated strong adoption of change management initiatives, improved user experience and increased engagement.
Key Deliverables and Tools: Marketing Communications Plans, content for SharePoint team sites, Liferay intranet portals, and online business travel booking tool and mobile app, metrics and data visualization with Google Analytics and MS Excel, Campaigner and Office 365 email campaigns, Webex webinars, MS Office email signature images, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and increased visibility, control and collaboration with Wrike project management.
