As the Marketing Manager, I conduct industry and user research, consult on company and domain names, facilitate StoryBrand Framework discovery sessions, create user personas, sitemaps, and wireframes, develop project plans, establish budgets, build agile teams (Developers, Designers, Writers, QA), create backlogs, collaborate with stakeholders and teams to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, provide design direction and graphics, apply UI/UX and responsive design, communicate regularly with stakeholders and teams, present demos, conduct web and mobile UAT testing, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Results: New sales and sales leads, enhanced brand and reputation, increased exposure, and improved user experience.
Key Deliverables and Tools: Clear user-centric marketing messages, websites, social media content, campaigns, events, videos, custom logo designs, curated stock images, registered domain names, and email campaigns.
